These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SponsorMySocial website at sponsormysocial.com and its related features (collectively, the "Services"), operated by SponsorMySocial("SponsorMySocial", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The following policies are part of these Terms: Acceptable Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Copyright / DMCA Policy, and the Disclaimer.

What the Services are

SponsorMySocial lets creators build a public "media kit" — a page describing their social accounts, audience, rates, and past work — and share it with brands. Brands can send sponsorship inquiries ("offers") to a creator through the Services, and the two parties can exchange messages.

We do not process payments, hold funds, or take part in any deal. Any agreement, payment, or arrangement between a creator and a brand is solely between them. We are not a party to it, do not guarantee it, and are not responsible for it. We provide a directory and a messaging relay — nothing more.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a media kit, send or receive offers, or otherwise use the Services to solicit or arrange sponsorships. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Accounts

You can create an account with an email and password or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud, impersonation, or abuse.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your media kit — your bio, images, links, handles, rates, and messages ("Content"). By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Services (for example, showing your public kit and generating share previews). This license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for copies retained in routine backups for a limited period.

You are solely responsible for your Content and represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Only upload images and work you own or are authorized to use — see our Copyright / DMCA Policy.

Self-reported information

Follower counts, audience demographics, and similar statistics on a media kit are self-reported by the creator and are not verified by us. We do not audit or guarantee their accuracy. Creators must not knowingly misrepresent their reach or audience; brands should conduct their own due diligence before entering any arrangement.

Identity and verification

You may only present yourself as who you actually are. Impersonating another person, creator, or brand is prohibited and may result in immediate termination. Our verification model relies on a creator publishing their SponsorMySocial link from the social account they claim; a media kit is trustworthy only when it is linked from the genuine profile it represents. We do not independently certify anyone's identity beyond this mechanism.

Offers and messaging

The Services let brands send offers to creators and let both sides exchange messages. Before an offer reaches a creator, the sender must confirm their email address. When using messaging you must not send spam or unsolicited advertising, harass or abuse anyone, or otherwise violate our Acceptable Use. We may read, filter, or remove messages as needed to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, or comply with law, but we are not obligated to monitor communications.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use, which prohibits illegal activity, impersonation, spam, harassment, fraud, scraping, and misrepresentation of your audience. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Fees

The Services are currently free for creators, and sending an offer is free for brands. We do not charge commissions on deals because we are not part of them. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and give notice, and any paid features will be clearly described before you are charged.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Google (sign-in), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and security). Your use of features that depend on these providers is also subject to their terms, and relevant data is shared with them as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The Services, including our name, logo, design, and software, are owned by SponsorMySocial and protected by law. These Terms grant you no right to use our branding without prior written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, as further described in our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SponsorMySocial will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction or interaction between a creator and a brand. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SponsorMySocial from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your Content, your use of the Services, your dealings with any brand or creator, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses for already-distributed material, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
