We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains what you may upload and how copyright owners can report infringing material on SponsorMySocial. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
What you may upload
You may only add images, work samples, and other material that you own or have explicit permission to use. Do not upload third-party photos, logos, artwork, or media without authorization. You are solely responsible for the content on your media kit.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] that includes, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL or location of the material you claim is infringing, in enough detail for us to find it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
What we do
On receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted it. We may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue a legal remedy within the timeframe the DMCA allows.
