Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do on the SponsorMySocial Services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can lead to warnings, removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination.

You must not

  • Impersonate another person, creator, or brand, or claim social accounts, audiences, or affiliations that are not yours.
  • Misrepresent your reach or audience — for example, posting follower counts or demographics you know to be false, or presenting purchased or fake engagement as genuine.
  • Send spam or unsolicited advertising through the offer or messaging features, or contact users who have asked not to be contacted.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse anyone, or send hateful or discriminatory content on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Post illegal, infringing, or harmful content, including material you do not have the right to use (see our Copyright / DMCA Policy), sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or illegal activity.
  • Defraud anyone, solicit payment under false pretenses, or use the Services to further a scam.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Services, or use bots, crawlers, or automated means except as expressly permitted.
  • Interfere with the Services — introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or test our security, overload our systems, or circumvent our verification, rate-limiting, or other controls.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Services, or use them to build a competing product.

Good-faith dealing

Because deals happen off-platform, honesty matters. Represent yourself and your work truthfully, honor the commitments you make to the people you connect with here, and do not use the Services to set up bad-faith or deceptive arrangements.

Reporting abuse

If you receive spam, an impersonation attempt, or any content or message that violates this Policy, please report it to [email protected]. We review reports and take action at our discretion, but we are not obligated to monitor all activity.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy, with or without notice depending on the severity. Serious violations, such as fraud or impersonation, may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
